About Us

Legend Hospitality School (LHS) is a joint venture between Legend Lodges, Hotels & Resorts and the Food and Beverage Institute. LHS is based at Zebra Country Lodge on the R573 Moloto road, approximately 30km from the Zambezi turn off.

Students live on premises in the secure environment of the Estate and all classes and practical training take place at Zebra Country Lodge unless otherwise organised externally.

LHS also guarantee placement of all students on experiential training (6 month period) available at the discretion of management at one of the sixteen magnificent properties of the Legend Lodges, Hotels & Resorts group.

Students receive hands-on training both in the lecture room and operation in all of the four of the lodges on the Estate. Students are therefore exposed to the demands and rewards the industry has to offer 24 hours a day. The minimum requirement for all applications is a valid Senior Certificate.

We offer a variety of hospitality courses all accredited by City & Guilds International & the London Business Chamber of Commerce & Industry Qualifications Board:
